Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions (unless specified), apply to all espirito products and services, espiritoart.co.uk and espiritoart.com.

1) Espirito, espiritoart, espiritoart.co.uk and espiritoart.com and all content and images thereon are subject to copyright.

2) Images forming the basis of espirito artworks have been sourced by espirito employees and affiliated contractors only.

3) Purchase of an espirito artwork does not provide intellectual property rights over that artwork and reproduction in any format can only be carried out by espirito.

4) Artworks provided by Stephen Warnes and photography from our affiliated photographers belong intellectually to those parties only and again, may not be reproduced without permission.

5) Espiritoart, espiritoart.com and espiritoart.co.uk are registered trademarks belonging to espiritoart.

6) Gallery Plus (2 Proofs), Stylized Choice (2 Proofs) and Commissioned Choice (3 Proofs) offer a service where proofs will be provided. After this process has been concluded, there is no guarantee that the customer will be satisfied with the product offered. In these circumstances the Gallery Plus charge or Stylized / Commissioned Choice consultation fee will not be refunded.

7) Gallery Plus, Stylized Choice and Commissione Choice works will only be produced in proof format after the payment of the associated fee, and the finished work only produced when full payment including postage and packing is provided.

8) Works will only ever be subject to a refund if proven to be defective. Espirito is completely honest about the quality of their products and the depictions on the website reflect accurate depictions of the finished works.

9) Postage is sent by standard post or courier and will not be insured unless by prior arrangement.

10) Colours of works shown on this site may vary slightly dependent on the type of monitor they are viewed on. Slight variations in colour are to be expected and accepted and will at no point entitle buyers to a refund.

11) Espirito assume that any image provided by a customer for use in an artwork is free from copyright restrictions. It is the responsibility of the customer to check that this is correct.

12) Where Espirito sources images for a customer for our Commissioned and Stylized options, there may be restrictions in availability due to copyright. If we are unable to source images for you, we will offer an alternative, or should you prefer, provide a full refund.

13) Espirito reserves the right not to accept a commission and if this does occur, will provide a full refund.
